YOUTH ATHLETIC ACADEMY

BUILDING STRONG FOUNDATIONS FOR LIFELONG ATHLETES

Our Focus:

1. Fun and Safety – Kids who enjoy staying active remain active. We design sessions to keep them engaged, challenged, and safe.

2. Foundational Movements – By emphasizing core movement patterns before advanced techniques, we help youth build strength and agility to reach their potential.

3. Multi-Sport Participation – We encourage athletes to explore a range of sports. A diverse skill set promotes well-rounded athletic ability, reduces burnout and overuse injuries, and fosters a love of movement for life.

Program Details

  • Led by Fuel Personal Trainers - Not kids.

  • 50 min classes - Drop off or stay

  • Ages U9-U16 (2016-2009) - Classes are mixed in age but movement progressions and difficulty will be adjusted to the participant’s ability

  • Limited to 10 kids per class

Fewer than 1% of young athletes reach an elite level, but 100% will benefit from a positive relationship with physical activity as they grow. Youth Athletic Academy is here to develop not just athleticism, but a foundation for lifelong health and fitness.

    • Book the classes for that semester for “a guest”

    • add in a unique email address for your child

  • 2 - You do not have an existing account

    • Purchase a Youth Athletic Academy pass

    • Create your child’s account with your email address

    • Book the classes for that semester as “myself”
