But with our structured, evidence-based approach, every class builds on the last and evolves over time. What you do one day will be different from the next. Attending for 4 weeks is essential to fully experience what Fuel has to offer and understand why our members consistently see resultsβand why weβve been successful for over 11 years.
Our primary goal is to help you achieve yours. Consistency is key, and itβs difficult to showcase the full value of our program in just one class.
Over the course of 4 weeks, youβll experience the full range of our classes, get familiar with our Fuel Movement Progression System, and begin to enjoy the sessions more as you become comfortable with the formats and movements.

If youβre not sure whether or not youβre ready for our classes, FUEL 101 is 3, small group Personal Training sessions (up to 4 participants) to help get you up to speed for $150
