Types of Classes

Our workouts are designed monthly and planned (periodized) with a returning member in mind. They’re carefully crafted to ensure that your body is being continually challenged and to prevent overtraining.

FUEL 101

Beginner to Intermediate

Our onboarding program to introduce you to Fuel's movement foundations. Designed to prepare you for any of our in club or virtual classes. For first timers and those who want a refresher. We recommend everyone at least glance over this program even if you're not a beginner as it will vastly help improve your experience at Fuel or online.

INTERVAL CLUB

All levels

Interval club is a 50 min mix of HIIT and conditioning (cardio). Get this low impact sweat to challenge you both aerobically and anaerobically

MOBILITY CLUB

All levels

Mobility club is a daily 5-20 min routine which includes stretch techniques, self myofascial release and movement to help you improve your mobility to prevent injury and optimize performance

 

ATHLETIC CONDITIONING

All levels

Work on speed, agility, and bodyweight strength. Designed for those wanting to improve their conditioning and athletic performance (jump higher, sprint faster, and change direction quickly).

KETTLEBELL CLUB

Intermediate to Advanced

Kettlebell Club is a full body 50 min strength and conditioning workout. This is our daily class and is designed to help you move better while getting a serious sweat.

FUEL LITE

All levels

A 15-20 min workout designed to help “unsit yourself”. A low impact, low intensity , flow, core and mobility session to help you break up your day
