  • Using advanced technology to determine your resting metabolic rate (RMR), which reveals how many calories your body burns at rest. This information helps tailor a personalized nutrition and fitness plan based on your unique metabolism, making it easier to achieve weight-related goals. The test also identifies whether your body prefers burning fat or carbohydrates for energy, providing key insights into how you can optimize your diet and exercise routines for better health outcomes

  • the VO2 Max Test measures your aerobic capacity, which is a key indicator of cardiovascular fitness and overall health. During the test, you exercise on a treadmill, bike, or rower while your heart rate and breathing are monitored to assess how well your body uses oxygen at various exertion levels. The results provide valuable insights, including your anaerobic and lactate thresholds, maximum heart rate, and personalized training zones, which can help optimize endurance workouts. This test is particularly useful for those looking to improve athletic performance or track cardiovascular health

THE METABOLIC FITNESS TEST

3 Evaluations to provide valuable biomarkers into your physical health.

  • The tests will take about 45-60min start to finish and require you to be in a fasted, non caffeinated and non exercised state for better results (you can do a workout after).

  • Appointments are booked every 30 min as you'll move through each of the 3 evaluations and have a trainer interpret your results in person for you. Please be ready to go 5 min prior to your start time

  1. Metabolism Test [5-10 min] - Measures your body’s resting metabolic rate (RMR) and determines the daily calorie intake necessary to understand what your body needs to maintain, increase or decrease composition.

  2. VO2 Max Test [20-25 min]- Is a key indicator of cardiovascular fitness and overall health. Higher VO2 max levels are associated with a reduced risk of chronic diseases and improved longevity. The test provides valuable insights into your aerobic capacity, helping to establish personalized and precise training heart rate zones. A higher VO2 Max is associated with increased healthspan.

  3. Body Composition [10 min]- Using either bioelectrical impedance or ultrasound to determine your bodyfat % to help you understand your relative risk for disease and is a key functional marker for healthspan.

  4. Results interpretation [10 min] and actionable plan based on results and goals follows the evaluation.

  • The Hormone+ Panel from SiPhox Health includes all the biomarkers of the Foundation Kit, which covers 17 key health markers related to metabolic, cardiovascular, and general wellness, such as cholesterol and cortisol, while adding 7 to 8 hormone-specific biomarkers. These additional markers focus on hormone regulation, reproductive health, fertility, and energy, making it ideal for those seeking more comprehensive insights into their hormonal balance, mood, and performance. It also includes male-specific markers like PSA for prostate health and fertility-related markers for women, offering a well-rounded analysis

  • SiPhox Health’s at-home test kits are designed to be as accurate as traditional intravenous blood draws by leveraging advanced silicon photonic biosensors. These sensors enable precise detection of biomarkers at a molecular level, providing highly reliable results similar to those obtained from clinical lab-based testing. Additionally, the kits are processed in CLIA-certified labs, ensuring that the quality and accuracy of the results meet the same high standards as conventional medical testing

  • You sure can, just leave some time as the test may take up to 60 min to complete.

  • It's short but it's intense. You'll ramp up slowly on the assault bike getting your heart rate up and then you'll ramp up to max exertion and stop when you can't do anymore.
