Wilson Bennett

Wilson Bennett is a kinesiology graduate from Queen’s University. His passion for coaching started when he began as a martial arts and kickboxing instructor. From there his excitement for coaching and fitness has only grown! He has worked with all types of people from children to seniors with all types of fitness abilities ranging from varsity athlete to just starting out. Wilson helped lead Queen's Football program through their Strength and Conditioning and brings a wealth of knowledge and education to Fuel. Wilson loves shredding powder on his snowboard and watching sitcom re-runs. We polled him on this, curious as to what re-runs he was speaking of - Seinfeld was one and we didn't need to ask for anymore details. Also, to better quote Wilson "I like to shred a little pow" and he does this close to his home town of Ottawa where he's currently spending the weekend, appropriately, with family.
