TRACK AND FUEL

 

Outdoor classes for everyone

Track and Fuel are our outdoor classes for all abilities. We’re just getting this set up with the current Toronto Covid restrictions so be sure to follow us on Social Media as we develop this page. For now, we’re running classes from our Fuel Roncy and Fuel East parking lots + pop locations throughout the week. Classes are limited to 10 participants.

 

Safety and arrival

  • We ask that you wear a mask when arriving and presenting your self screen (currently required).

  • Then there will be designated stations, you can drop off your gear at one of the stations.

  • There will be a sanitizing wipes container at each station for you to use

  • Once the class gets started and everyone is at their station, you can remove your mask, just keep it close by for station rotation and if you need to move within 3 meters from someone else

Programming

Workouts are going to be high intensity intervals using the same equipment you’d use at Fuel.

Progress

We encourage you track your progress using Wodup, and see the workout ahead of time too. Tracking helps you to get stronger, push yourself harder, and see better results.
