KETTLEBELL RENTALS
How it works.
Rentals are currently available based on inventory. Please have a read through prior to renting so that you understand the terms and conditions.
Purchase a rental for each bell you wish to rent (please note - rentals are only available to Fuel members with an active plan, if you wish to rent a bell, please purchase any membership ahead of time or you will not see the option to rent)
Schedule a pick up time (currently only available at our Roncy location) If you donβt schedule a pick up time, someone may not be there.
Go to the garage door and if we donβt recognize you (sorry) let us know your name
Kettlebells are not easy to acquire these days, are expensive to ship yet, they are critical to our business. As such, we have some fairly stringent terms and conditions in order to help us manage our inventory.
You agree to pay a minimum of 3 weeks, at which point your rental will renew week to week until cancelled or we send out notice that we require a return within 1 week.
Your deposit can be returned 1 of 2 ways:
1. 100% will be converted to Fuel Credit only after bell(s) are returned.
2. 90% will be fully refunded to cover transaction fees
To return your kettlebell, you must first contact us and then return in a weekly scheduled return window. You must make yourself available to return the bell in that window or you will be charged until it is returned. If you cannot return the bell during the return time, please arrange for someone else to do so on your behalf or you will be continued to be billed until it is returned.
Bells returned on the day of the bill date are still charged for the week.
If you do not return the bell prior to our reopening (date to be determined) or within the week we have requested the return, you will be charged the replacement cost of the bell. Being on vacation, not subscribing to our emails, missing correspondence or not understanding these terms will still result in a replacement charge.
You must return the bell in the same condition in which it was rented. If the bell is returned in worse condition (please be warned that rust will settle on the bell if exposed to moisture) you will be charged for the full replacement cost of the bell in addition to your existing rental fees.
