Programming

Everyday won’t feel like it’s the hardest thing you’ve ever done and that’s on purpose. Blasting yourself continuously may work for some in the short-term, however, without adequate variety in your training program, injuries, fatigue and overtraining can set in.

We encourage you track your progress using Wodup, and see the workout ahead of time too. Tracking helps you to get stronger, push yourself harder, and see better results.

LIVE CLASSES

 

Kettlebell Club

6x a week, we focus on strength and follow a monthly progression, increasing in difficulty as we go. All you need is a kettlebell and your commitment to be better.

Strength Club

1x week Live + 2 x week on demand = 3 day/week program. Geared to those with Kettlebell experience looking to improve their strength and add variety into their program.

Interval Club

50 minutes of HIIT and conditioning (cardio). Get this low impact sweat to challenge you both aerobically and anaerobically. Don't have a rower, skier, or bike? No worries, outside is free.
