  • At Fuel, a huge part of our underlying philosophy on being better is to track your workouts “what gets measured gets managed”. This will help provide the best possible experience for you and result in faster and more sustainable results. It’s easy use, fun to engage and will help you be better.

Am I fit enough to Fuel?

We often hear “I need to get fit before coming to a Fuel”. Our response “You come to Fuel to get fit”.

That being said, we recommend first doing our Movement Screen to ensure you’re comfortable with the basics. We expect minimum level of movement literacy to participate in a class.

From there, we provide our Fuel Movement Progression System (FMPS) where all of our workouts have alternative movements designed to help you learn the foundational movements properly to mastering the advanced ones.

Classes are suitable for the adventurous novice and you make it as hard as you want.
