NEW SCHEDULING SOFTWARE - JAN 4TH 2024

What's happening?

Effective Thursday January 11th, we'll be changing to a new gym management software to deliver a better user experience for you.

What this means for you?

  1. Your account and membership information will be seamlessly migrated into our new software including available memberships, credit, pauses visit history and more.

  2. Classes you booked through January 18th will be on the new schedule and will not require you to rebook.

  3. Effective 7pm January 10th, you will not be able to book classes for the migration day (11th) - however, we'll be manually adding people into class if you email us or you can sign up when you arrive.

  4. You'll be able to access your account (we’ll send instructions that day) and start booking classes later in the day on January 11th as we finish the migration.

  5. Look out for an updated email next week with instructions
