  • There are two forms of “Guest Passes”

    1. Guest Allowance

    2. Credits

    Guest Allowance:

    Certain memberships allot a specific number of “Guest Allowances”. These can be used to book non members and renew every bill.

    Credits:

    Credits are also known as drop ins and class passes. When you purchase a credit package, you can share those with anyone.

    *Top Up Drop Ins are discounted drop ins ($30 drop ins) for members that can be purchased as guest passes if your plan does not have any guest allowances.

    In both circumstances, here’s how you use them:

    1. Reserve a class

    2. Select “Guest”

    3. Add guest’s email

    4. Pay with the credit/allowance you currently have or buy a new payment option.

    5. Tap “reserve class”

    If you’d also like to be in the class (we think it’s more fun when you’re there with a friend) go through the same process as “myself”

    Cancelling a Guest who’s registered:

    This is the same process as cancelling yourself from a class but just be sure to only take the guest out if you intent to stay in the class! Late Cancellation policy will be under your account.

    Please note: Guests under “Guest Allowance” are defined as someone who has not visited Fuel within the past 3 months and or do not live in the city. There is no way for us to monitor without manually checking so we are going by the honour system.

  • Membership Change form here. Please leave minimum of 5 business days from the date of form submission for your request to be made. Plans that automatically renew as a result of a late submission will only be returned to your account.

  • We have an 1 hour cancellation policy for all in person classes. If you cancel your class within you will be charged a "Late Cancellation Fee" of $10 and lose a class credit if you have a “limited” membership. If you do not show up for a class "No Show" you will be charged a No Show fee of $20 and lose a class if you have a “limited membership”

    How Late Cancel Fees are Processed:

    Late cancellations are charged immediately and no shows within 24 hours.

    Checking In:

    You are required to “check in” upon arrival after booking a class.

    You can do so from our app or from our iPad Kiosk in reception.

    Failing to check in may result in an accidental no show fee. If this occurs, please email us and we’ll apply a credit to your account.

  • If you need to cancel a class that you are currently signed up for, you can do so 1 of 2 ways:

    Visit the app or our site.

  • Please visit your account either via the app or by logging in above and make the change there.

  • If you have a Limited Membership and run out of classes prior to your next bill date, you can purchase a “Top Up Drop In”.

    Top Up Drop ins are discounted from $40 to $30. All you need to do is purchase a drop in when signing up for a class and it will be automatically discounted $10

  • Anyone 18 years old or older can train at Fuel. If you are under the age of 18, you must first participate in a Personal Training session to determine your level of physical literacy in order to safely participate in class. Please contact us to set up a session if you are interested.
