There are bootcamps and fitness classes. Then you have personal and semi private training. Small Group Personal Training falls in the middle. You get the intimacy of personal training but the motivation of a group, plus you get the benefit and expertise of working with a trainer multiple times per week.
Learn how to train properly. If you’re new to weight lifting, or need improvement on your technique, the small groups allow us to train you based on your needs. We’ll provide modifications and necessary instruction to progress regardless of your ability.
