Due to limited membership availability, you can purchase our Fuel Starter plan to get things going. Our starter plan is used as our “upgrade list” to a full membership. You’ll be prompted to fill out a form indicating to which membership you’d like to be upgraded and preferred training time. You’ll most likely be upgraded within the month if not sooner.
For a 2x/week training schedule. A good way to introduce your schedule and body into H.i.i.t. and strength style workouts. Ideally you are doing other workouts or upgrading within a couple of months to see results.
Up to 8 classes/month
Up to 4 unused classes can be rolled forward into the following month
For a 3x/week training schedule. Our minimum suggested number of workouts to see results. Ideally, it’s supplemented with other activities such as intermural sports or yoga to maximize the training effect.
Up to 12 classes/month
Up to 6 unused classes can be rolled forward into the following month
