Our goal is to help our members be better. Although our first rule at Fuel is to have fun, getting results is much more fun. A Fuel Plan is a 1 on 1 session with your trainer to measure and assess progress. This is done in your first month and then a follow up ensues every 4 months. This ensures that you’re on the right track and have a plan to get results.
We’ll cover our basic Fuelosophies that will help you succeed then mesasure your body coposition (optional but encouraged). Without tracking your progress, there’s no objective way to hold yourself accountable and therefore mesasure your health and fitness.
This session takes 15 min and can be booked by members through our appointments (limited to Fuel Novice, Intermediate, Advanced and Elite members).
