Hiit the 6ix

HIIT THE 6IX is a collaborative workout led by Toronto's top independently owned and operated boutique fitness studios. The premise of this event is community. We believe that together, businesses that would normally compete with each other can create the best possible HIIT workout and collectively recruit our communities to help support a local charity. To date, we've raised over $20,000 for charity over 4 years. We plan to continue growing this event into one of Toronto's best charitable events. Join us every September!

Track & Fuel

A celebration of a year's worth of reps, sweat, and a few tears. Track and Fuel is our way of celebrating a successful year and giving something back to our members that help make it all possible. It's a team workout where you complete a workout at one location, run to the next, complete another workout there, run to the next and finally complete your last workout. Beers and BBQ follows! We throw this party every May/June!

Fuelbine – A Fitness Party

Test your strength and athletic prowness in this "combine" style workout. All the hard work you've been putting in this past year gets tested in a fun and supportive workout. Following Fuelbine is our annual holiday party and infamous "Apres Fuel". Make sure to join us in December!
