Having journeyed through fitness and recovery, Julia has been passionate about freeing people in their bodies and minds for the last 7 years. To her, building strength is not just how strong you are, but how you handle where you're at. She is a Certified Health Coach with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, a Certified Personal Trainer and was previously a Varsity athlete at McGill University. Her goal is to help people build STRENGTH in all aspects of their lives. She recently co-founded Our Little Point, an online community which focuses on building mental, emotional and physical resilience.
